What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Wow Elliott, you should really learn how to hold a rifle before you hurt yourself. It's not a rocket launcher. :)

Well, if I held it like I did when I was still on SRT then it might be a clue to my true identity...you have to think all these things out beforehand...;)

I started the day with this one...

...but switched to this one when I got home:

Kind of fits the definition of win-win imho.

Those are two very nice knives Elliott. I would say you have a case of Happy Pockets today!

Got this "Yeller" Remington Jack with me today...
Gotta love'em! :D

Only knife I had today with me was GEC: #66 Calf Roper with Ebony handles .

Jake, that Dan Burke's handles are quite stunning, really like see-thru amber. Stunning scales

Thank you for the complement on the barlow, Jani. The Calf Roper is also a favorite of mine. I don't have one in ebony yet but I've been tempted to get it (can I justify a third Calf Roper?).

You give me way too much credit, Dale.

Here's the secret to my knife buying success...

;):D

That must have been a big score back in 2006. Who's your accomplice? Is he holding his gun sideways?

Greetings All! I have been bitten by the traditional bug bad! I had these two on me today :) The Bose/Case annuals are really well done. The Case regular production Bose desings are good to go as well.

Couldn't leave either of these at home this morning. Case harvest orange peanut and mossy green stag small saddlehorn. Forgive the bad picture, you know how great the Case's look. They tell me to get outside every chance I get, good advice.

Thanks Gary. You are correct about the sheath. Mr. Long sure does some fabulous work (as do you!). It is the icing on the Halfrich cake. ;)

This one is just a lot of fun to pocket:
