I'm always excited to see what everyone is posting in this thread, and I find some time to come here every day to check out the action!
But I'm sad to say that "life's circumstances" have forced me to decide that I just don't have time anymore to make my lengthy posts commenting on many of the knives I admire. I hope I can regularly post some of the knives I'm carrying each week, but I won't be doing my "usual" posts until at least February.
(And I'm ignoring all the applause I hear in response to this announcement!)
But I don't think I can help myself from commenting on others' posts every now and then!
Atiger, I always love your old Barlows, including the luscious Schrade, but those acorns!!!:thumbup: I have a yard full of old red oaks, and I've never noticed that my tons of acorns had such beautiful patterns and grains!
This week I'm carrying (among others):
Stockman of the Week is an Uncle Henry (thanks, Dean)

SAK of the Week is a "bare bones" Recruit (love these simple guys)

Alox of the Week is a Pioneer Pruner (thanks, Ken)

Euro Knife of the Week is an Opinel #8 Garden Knife

Beautiful Camillus Atiger.![]()
I'm still on yesterday...fantastic knife and acorns and photo:thumbup::thumbup:
Is that the No.26 Stockman?
If so, it's one of the best small multi-blade knives around.
Thanks, Will
