Very nice Ron. The bloodwood was always one of my favorites in that pattern.
Excuse my inexperience (ignorance?), but will you please ID the knife (and little thingy in the foreground) in your top photo, Dee?
The double ebony for Wooden Wednesday is a striking pair!
My SAK this week is actually spelled BSA scout (thanks, Paul). On a whim, I used it this morning to slice up apples, grapes, apricots, carrots, celery, and green pepper for my oatmeal; man, I LOVE the blades on those old Imperials!

Now that's a knife! You know I'm with you on the Calf Roper Slim, Dee. Gorgeous stag on that one.
Nice. I like it too!
Carrying this old Case today. Cracked covers and all. It still works.

Thanks Alan. I almost ordered that one but the version I got just spoke to me.
Thanks, Gary! PM sent.
Happy to hear, Alan. You're more than welcome to join us (Me & Dean). There's always room for another GEC #66 enthusiast.
"It still works." <--- What more can you ask for? Beauty is only bone deep (or in your case stag), but ugly is a knife that doesn't cut
.
Those are ok, but they take up a lot of real estate for just one knife/purpose. If I'm going to give up that much real estate, I would prefer it to handle more than one small knife. So, for the same size or actually slightly smaller, it holds my most common carried knives plus the pen. And the Horween leather is so much more supple.
The grinds..the bolster detail..the blades swooping lines - man o man is that man talented!! Thanks for the look, David
Harry, I know you gotta be liking having your pockets filled with Case Walnut goodness!
Might want to consider... for balance sake, rear pocket carry.![]()
Pic borrowed from yesterday's wooden Wednesday but the HJ is still in my pocket today.
