What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It's from the Cayenne Bone series. I think they were introduced early this year. The shield was one of the things that attracted me to it, along with the orange scales.

Not the best pic, Scagel Barehead Jack

Lookin good Tony  For the first time since my #33 conductor in elk arrived I'm carrying something different. My last knife purchase of the year arrived yesterday from Todd Davison. Acid etched ATS-34 blade with mammoth scales. Here's a quick pic from work.

I'm carrying the Case SparXX 63032 stockman I received a couple of days ago. It's a pretty nice knife; I like the white delrin scales on this one.

Nate, all I can say is . . . OH MY!!!

Here is the pile side of my wife's present. Love that gnarly stag!

I LOVE the stag on this one. I'm not much into that overly burnt looking stag, but to me this example is just about perfect.

Agreed, this one jumped out at me though. The other scale is much more typically stag like, so much so that I took some time sanding the few burnt areas back on it. I'll post a pic and you'll see they're totally different, doesn't bother me too much:)

Well, I'm off work for a week and now I will really be be able to give the Utica Stockman an EDC workout. So far it is everything I look for in a EDC stockman.

I think I'll carry this Hampton Tennessee Jack today:

Tough decision?! :p That's a beauty!

That ends the year well. The mammoth ivory looks great!

I'll be totin' this grizzly cut bone Tidioute #73L. near perfect fit and finish, going to be my workhorse EDC (starting with presents:))

P.S. The item it's resting on is a Masai club, carried everywhere by herders including busy town streets (you wouldn't get up after a knock on the bonce by one!)

Merry Christmas all:)

That masai club reminds me of a good ol shillelagh! :)

I have a tuxedo whittler (3") and my kershaw gents lockback today for xmas preparations.

These two today. We open presents on Christmas eve, after services at church.

This one for me, one of my absolute favorites:

This one to pass around for others to use, which I also like a lot:

I like the stag on that Furtaker, Jeff.

I decided to put this one in my pocket today (for the first time)

Sorry for the poor photo. It's 20F outside and the camera lens kept fogging up.
