What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I carried the Buck 302 that I show a couple days ago plus the new Rough Rider mini trapper with gunstock bone that I haven't taken a photo of yet. It's a real nice piece for the money; I am a fan of their gunstock (checkered) bone.

This GEC #62 wharncliffe congress with burnt stag scales.
The temperature hasn't been above 0 degrees for over a week now here in Switzerland.

First peanut by Richard Rogers, Carbon fibre scales, no liners, weighing in at ONE HALF ounce, based on the Case pattern Peanut. One fine user.

In my pocket now, just sliced thru a double wall cardboard box about 4 feet long with no effort, like slicing warm butter.
Thanks Richard on an great execution of my favorite pattern

Looks great Jim, I like the "fat" weave of the carbon fiber. It may just be a size/ratio thing being on the 'nut, but it looks very nice

Thanks Nathan, I am putting it through the paces now trying to see how the CF holds up without the liners.

My new GEC #68 white owl. Has been in my pocket since I got it on Wednesday. Really have enjoyed the knife thus far.

Wow! THAT´s a peanut! Looks pretty cool!

Kind regards

Now that's a peanut I can really warm up to! Awesome.

Thanks guys, Richard did an outstanding job on fit and finish, flush in all three positions and perfect tension (for me) on the blade. I let my wife handle this one and she could not believe the weight, 1/2 OUNCE. It does a fine job of slicing, plus I do like his etched blade, saved me tons of time getting a patina. And it is perfect. If you want one, Richard has the pattern down now. This one was his first.

Lovely knives on this page, the Fruitport today:)

Nice one, Nathan! I really like the new pin striped knives that Todd has been making lately. Good looking knife!
