It's not a sin, it's a virtue.

Thanks! :D

Thank you, r8shell, I've been admiring your stag acquisition as well. I haven't been put off by its size yet, the stag fills the hand quite nicely.

I will say, the blade on this guy is ground more thinly than all of my other Lambsfoot knives, makes for quite the slicer.

Thank you, Jack. A great pair of knives yourself!

I switched out the stag for some ebony today.

That's interesting about the grind on your Sambar Lambsfoot Dylan, glad you're finding it OK :) Thank you, that pic is fabulous, what great colours! ;) The ebony on your Lambsfoot looks really black there

Just been relaxing today! :)

Very posh Ron! ;)

Thanks, Greg, and thanks for the ideas about your photo whose veracity I questioned.:thumbsup::rolleyes: The Lambsfoot thread does certainly span a wide range of related topics, and some explicit physics may be a good idea! ;)

No objections from me! ;) :D

Interesting horn care saga. You should post it in the Lambsfoot thread, too, so it will be indexed and easier to find. ;)
ETA: Apparently @r8shell's post IS in the Guardians of the Lambsfoot thread, and I'm not sure how I ended up replying to it here!?!

My guess is that you quoted it while perusing the Lambsfoot thread, and for got to untick it when you were posting multiple quotes here ;)

Another ebony lambsfoot shot:

Great shot of your pile side GT :)

I popped this pearlie pair in my pocket for today. The picture is an old one, as we are enduring the umpteenth day of rain here in the Mid-Atlantic East. One more day of this and I start on the ark and animals routine.

Those are beautiful MOP handles!
Sugar Hill signed some great artists back in the day...Doc Watson, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt. It’s a shame that these giants aren’t with us anymore.
I was a kid in Nashville working fast food in the 70s when Guy & Susanna Clark came into the restaurant. I was so excited to serve them and yet no one else knew who they were. Good memories of some great music.
