That last one is a Utica Catskill trapper. The description on these knives say that they are carbon steel but I think the blades on this one are stainless.

Great sense of humor, and also has a very serious side.

For instance;

A few years ago she decided to recycle plastic & glass bottles for the environment.

I was extremely proud of her for being so thoughtful.

So proud, that I bought her a new push mower for her birthday.

It not only saved her about 40 minutes (20 each way walking to the gas station), but she was also able to recycle the plastic gas can I gave her a couple of years earlier!

Our anniversary is in a couple of weeks. There’s really no one I’d rather spend time with. I’m very fortunate.

She can have all the carats her heart desires.

One of the reasons the knife picture below means so much to me, is that she got it for me.
