This little stag dude today helping me reseason my 6.5 gallon jambalaya pot. The wife bought it for me but it was really rough. So I smoothed it with a flapper wheel and burnin’ her in.

Lemme echo this as well.For me, it started out of curiosity. I still love the moderns, but as I saw so many examples of beautiful traditionals, and gleaned the collective wisdom from the many members here, and bought a couple, I was hooked.
