Magnificent glorious view Jeff. Paradise.Settled in ~ all 12 of us~ into a rental cabin about 80 miles NW of Denver, on the other side of Rocky Mtn Natl Park. A few hours on the tubing hill before enlisting my Craftsman to chop some fresh thyme for a turkey breast.View attachment 1076816A couple of shots of the view from our deck...View attachment 1076817View attachment 1076818

Thank you very much for the kind words Barrett . We live in a development out in the county and the county drivers do an unbelievable job , it is the contract guys who sometimes come around who have lighter trucks that think they need to go fast to be able to keep going in the snow who throw snow against the mail boxes and knock them off the posts . Happens at least once a winter anymore .I hope that missing shield didn’t fall in the pot!
Sorry to hear about the mailbox, Harry! Our plow drivers usually do a great job — we’re the last house on a dead end street with no driveway across from us, and they’ll do two passes, pushing all the snow toward the far side of the street so I don’t ever have to deal with a pile of heavy plow slush at the end of the driveway — but a couple weeks back the guy hopped the curb and plowed up some big grassy clumps of my front yard.
Hey, old pictures or not, that’s some good looking stag you’re totin’!![]()
Harry that’s two beautiful Stag Northfields my friend!
