That's when you just lay it in the ash tray to die. When a cigar is that short, the smoke is generally too hot and bitter. The best part is the 1st half. I generally smoke about 4/5 of a cigar, or at least 3/4.Maybe to hold the cigar when it gets to short for fingers??
