• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Glad you're home. Hospitals are terrible places to get any rest. The nurses will wake you up to take vitals and ask if you're sleeping well.

Thanks, guys! I'm amazed at the quality of 100+ year old knives. I guess ones that are still around are the ones that didn't fall apart in use, so we get the impression that they were all so well made.

Do you still shoot the Crown Graphic? If I remember correctly I used mine for Polaroid proofs with the negative.
It’s not the first camera I grab, and I plan to shoot it in the near future to see whether I should keep it. In theory, it’s my hiking 4x5, but I’ve been mostly hiking with medium format since my back surgery. I use my Wisner more often.
