  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

These two for me today. I’m also carrying a second Evan Miller custom fixed blade, the same as the white version in this photo but with black handles and thin blue liners. It is a gift for my brother’s birthday today. The thin blue liner is recognition for his profession, as he works in law enforcement.

A couple of Woodies for Wednesday ;)

Thanks, guys. Dean, I would have been proud to cross paths with you back then and would have proudly returned your salute.

The one above is a user and has a damaged sheepsfoot. Here is one in better shape. They both have coined liners, as you know

New 86! Was gonna just let this one sit, but I be dadgum if I’m gonna let the wood darken over time when i oil the knife to protect it and me not use it. So off we go! I do like it a whole lot so far.

Working in the shop today, my buddy stopped by with a pocket full of his great uncles old knives. A Klein in plastic, 3 “Sabre”s stamped japan and one I cant make out that looks like rag micarta. They’ve been well loved (he laughed when i said that lol). Thought some of you guys might like to see these. He did mention “none are going anywhere”.
