Nicely photographed Dave

Wow! Just about missed this one. F & F is pretty good. Whoever ground the edge on the blade must be a beginner though. :( That’s ok though. I can tweak it up a little.

The edges were even worse on the last two I had from them o_O Think they are using a guy who never sharpened a knife before

Great spread Vince, hope you enjoyed it :) I remember the St Patrick's Day dinners at Sheffield Irish Centre, you couldn't see the meat for the huge pile of cabbage :D

We took a walk by the lake this afternoon (on a short section of the Dakota Rail Trail that I mentioned last week). There’s still ice on most of the lake, although the water under the bridge was, in fact, water. Also, I just missed getting a photo of the Sheriff's Dept’s fan boat going under the bridge.

Great pics Barrett :)

Well, if you put it that way!!

...

Very handsome, Jack.

Thanks a lot Stuart :D

Thanks Jack!!! Cool honorary Irish knife and classic old pub shot behind your HHB; my brother narrowly made it back to the US from Oxford before all travel was closed (let alone the pubs!):thumbsup::thumbsup:

Many thanks JJ, I'm glad your brother made it back home OK

A pair from France wearing wood for Wednesday. :)

Fine French pairing my friend

Morning folks, hope everyone is doing OK :) I just realised I missed my Random Tuesday carry yesterday o_O Have to set an alarm for next week! Today, I'm pairing my #66 Stockman with my Hartshead Barlow, and I'm still carrying my Vic Farmer on my belt :) Stay safe folks

Well, it was bound to happen. My son is a Firefighter and was exposed to the virus. That means the both of us must take a 14 day forced vacation at the farm. Oh well, it could be worse. We have food and knives! Stay safe and Godspeed everyone!

PS, my son is 20. He had a low grade fever for a day and seems to be just fine now. As a precaution, he and I have to stay away from other people for two weeks. That includes my wife who is staying with my daughter and her family, ... behind every dark cloud...!

Praying for you, Leslie. It’s not so bad. My daughters mother exposed her, and us in the chain. Work told me not to come for 2 weeks or until her test results come back. But I don’t know what I’d do without my wife. I’d want her quarantined with me. (She is, we all are, including the 3 youngest kids).

Personally, after a long chat with her pediatrician, I think this virus is really really widespread already. But cdc wasn’t allowing people to be tested unless a very specific set of conditions where met. She said she’s had a bunch of kids with the symptoms, negative of strep and flu and full respiratory panel, but she wasn’t allowed to test for cv19. Combine that with the fact that results take 5-7 days, everything we see is at least that far behind.

today!

Hope you're both going to be OK Leslie

Starting with my Lambsfoot and adding a GEC #66 Jack...

Great pattern :)

I've got this cool 40 year old Boker Stock Knife.

The only thing missing is a straight edged blade. Fortunately, I have a new knife with nothing but.

I foresee some interesting new pocket pairings in the future.

Everybody stay safe.
