took it out in the yard today and cut down some pokeweed and a few vines that were growing where i thought they shouldnt.

Set out the 1940s/50s Imperial jack for pocket carry tomorrow (Tuesday). Even though it is a two spring knife, it is no thicker (0.3125") than my single spring Case pen, so even though it is 3.5" long it is easy in the pocket of dress pants.

For such a slender package, it has two stout blades (only my 4" Case 6292 jack has a bigger pen blade).

My Outlaw Jack arrived yesterday, already slightly altered to my liking :)
Long pull, nice snap, beautiful colour and some improved edges, I like it. Plus it's the closest thing to orange I have since it's October.

Thanks guys
It wasn't easy to cut into a brand new knife, but I've always wanted to do it.
No regrets
