Victorian era is the look I was going for, but it's not that old.
It's a 50's-70's German import I modified and paired with a sliver cutlery handle.

Mine is period but comes with some condition issues. It's marked SOUTHERN & RICHARDSON SHEFFIELD. I find the etching humorous. Doesn't look like any knife I'd want to take hunting! Once again, nice work and thanks for sharing. T-A

It's obviously more of a defensive blade, but maybe they needed to get around some kind of law or regulation or something.
