Still haven't honed it. It actually had a factory edge that responded great to the horsehide side of my strop.

This looks great Kevin! Love the patina with that long pull, just pure awesome! Did you polish off the etch or is that just the patina covering it up?

Playing with three today. Two nuts and a GEC bullnose. Really starting to like the bullnose but it really does need a reprofile to take advantage of the nice and thin blade. It's going to hit the EdgePro later tonight.

@Gevonovich & akadave2---Thank you for the knife compliment, it's a pleasure to carry---solid with zero blade play and like most old knives it gets super sharp!!!

I have started carrying my Buck 703 that I bought in the late '90 again. I had forgotten how good a pocketknife it is. I like it even more than the 300 series knives. I wish Buck would bring back the 700 series. IMO, they were Buck's best traditional pocketknife line.

I had originally stopped carrying it because it was displaced by other knives; then, when they were discontinued, I was a little afraid of losing it. I think I'll get more enjoyment out of using it again than having it sit in a drawer.

Great pair of Halfrich's, Gary. That reminds me, I need to put my stag Rounder (lockback) into the rotation. Don't know what I've been waiting for.
