Today on my hike I carried my favorite Barlow (and avatar), Charlie's most excellent Ancient TC. I also had my Canada silver dollar with me.

This is the first time I noticed that Rough Rider has an "RR" in the old Remington "acorn," very cool; you continually hit the "bull's eye" with your wonderful Hartshead Barlow!

Just finished packing the rental car for a mountain vacation (and family wedding). Going to have these four with me for the next five or six days. Plan to get a little trout fishing and waterfall hiking in too. Won't be carrying them all at one time, but I should have everything I need to take care of my knife chores. OH

Thanks Jeff, we are going to take it slow and easy today (about a six hour drive from our home on the south central coast (Crystal Coast of NC). With lunch and other breaks I figure 8-9 hours. Bruce
