Yesterday was my wife's birthday & I told her to pick a place & I'd take her out to eat. She finally decided that she didn't feel like going out & she'd rather stay at home & have steaks on the grill. So we went to our local meat market, and picked out a couple NY Strips. It turned out to be alot less hassle than going out, and the food & the company was much better.

I've paired up my 2018 Guardians Ebony SFO from Jack Black and my 2015 Tidioute #73 OO [ˈōˌsāj ˈôrənj] for today. I recently gave my #73 a spa treatment. The patina was getting a little grungy. It was sorta sentimental since it dated back all the way to the 2015 Rendezvous. Primble used it to cut his Prime Rib at Cross Creek on Friday night. Y'all stay safe and have a great day!
