What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Ebony clad Scout Trapper for hanging around the house today. Already hot. Looks like another day or part of the day in the recliner. Sausage, French Toast, and Waffles coming up to build up energy to work the handle that raises and lowers the foot rest on the recliner.

This has been a full day and its not even noon.

Tore out the old mailbox and finished installing the new one. 📪 Except for the numbers. Forgot about those until I was removing the old one.
The "new" one came from my parents place. My Mom painted it at least 25 years ago. Maybe 30. The artwork had been subjected to the elements for a long time. I decided I wanted it, so I cleaned it up as best I could, painted the black part and then put about 7 coats of clear coat over the whole thing. I remember my Mom saying that she'd just painted a target on it and it would probably get bashed, but it never did. I thought of that as I put it up - I've never had my mailbox bashed, but they'll probably get this one. I put it up anyway :)
