Thanks a lot JohnBeautiful Wee Lamb, Jack.
I almost thought it was Saturday with all the nice looking stag being posted today.
Classy pairing buddy
That's good GaryThanks, Jack; I didn't feel underestimated, but I know I sometimes have an additional perspective on things that many people don't share.
You have 2 splendid stag knives there!![]()
An interesting shared historyInteresting knife!I think I knew that some members of the German Richartz family moved to England and started the Richards cutlery brand, but I didn't know that BOTH branches of the family used the lamppost on their tang stamps. (I thought Richartz had a whale.)
Really nice Gary :cool A generous gift tooThanks, Todd, and I agree that the GEC 85 is a great pattern. Mine is actually a generous gift from a legendary BF member (thanks, Paul) who added an EO notch and turned the pen blade into a coping blade:

I'm sure you can GTThanks, Jack & John.Jack, I like the Scout, but I think I can clean it up more than I have so far, but I doubt that I'll try to remove the "random serrations" in the pen blade. John, I agree with you on preferring a second blade to a file on SAKs (although for the past 6 months or more I've been using a nail file on my Minichamp to tend to a split left thumbnail - that's the nail I use in nicks
- that won't "heal").
Very attractive pairing SteveSchrade Walden and an Albers today

Thanks Jack!!! They are a bit on the snazzy side, LOL!
A pair of sweet Sheffields you have today; I've seen many of the coolest tang stamps on your marvelous slicers!![]()
Many thanks JJ

Thank you, Jack.Classy pairing buddy
There ya go... those will serve you (and the cake) well tomorrow.
I've been across the Rubicon more than a few times... both figuratively and literally.I think I've crossed the Rubicon
I’m glad that cattle knife is a regular of yours so we can see it more often, Paul.
Jeff, seeing your Old Timer muskrat is always enjoyable!
Always cool to see a knife someone has hung onto for a LONG time; I hope you both keep functioning joints for many more years!

Love that jack, Gary! Very sensible mods.

That mod turned out real good. Beautiful knife
Nice pairing, JB, and that canoe looks like a fine knife.![]()
Congrats on the new canoe, JB; both the Beer Barrel canoe and the Dixie Stockman look superb!![]()

Thanks, I think Buck got that one right (Hawbaker Muskrats are nice too for the same reason).Bruce, that Buck is a very cool variation on the muskrat (or moose?) pattern!![]()

Thanks John (and I agree - not much you would need a pocketknife for that a Medium Stockman can’t do.)Doesn't get much more "Traditional Pocket Knife" than that.![]()
Only figuratively for me. I've been near Rimini, but never close enough to cross the Rubicon.I've been across the Rubicon more than a few times... both figuratively and literally.
