They don't wear out the pants or anything.

But I always wear tough jeans, so I don't know and don't care what they'd do to other materials.(I doubt they'd wear out any material but I don't know for sure.)

makes me feel a bit feeble for using a leather wallet! i've got a couple of sheets of roofing iron in the garage that I might bolt together as a replacement!!!

can't have these guys in the US thinking kiwis are soft!
 
You wouldn't believe how much roofing iron I have stored in my garage too.

Now now, compared to roofing iron my wallet is pretty weak. Not by much though. :D
I might have to forge my next wallet out of spring steel.

You can go right to the Fisher website. They still had them there when I checked last week. But, they're pretty darned expensive, like sixty bucks or something. :eek:

Yep. Hit their website (www.fisherpen.com), click on "products," then click on "specialty." They're sixty bucks, but they give you a bullet pen with it. :)
 
I have had nothing but lousy wallets for the last 30 years or so, Was in a leather shoe repair shop a couple years ago while wife was shopping in other stores. Had a real nice leather one and was only 15 bucks.

Best I have ever owned. Might be a place to look for a really good one, cheap
 
I use a duct tape wallet from Ducti.com. They claim they use a different type of adhesive that dosent leak glue. all I know is I've had it for a year and a half and it still shows no sings of wearing out. which is more than I can say for any other wallet I have made/owned.

Finally ordered the Fisher Bi Fold wallet. :D I ordered it from BladeArt - great guys to deal with. :thumbup:

I think I am just jealous because I have nothing to fill my wallet with.....but I got a good laugh out of this one.....but plz not out of disrespect. I carry a small black bag with a handle....hidden pockets, knives, phone, check book and enough room for nun-chucks! Starbucks in the hood can get nasty........... :cool: Best wallets I found are Uniform shops! Badge or ID wallets, FBI Cops etc. thick leather, lots of room and on the cheaper end, I used one for eight years and still have it!
