What was the first and recently last knife you bought?

The first knife that I ever got was a Devin Thomas slip-joint, the first I ever bought was a Microtech Mini-Socom, and the last knife I bought was an A.T. Barr damascus folder with Mammoth ivory scales.
 
Well I forgot about all the cheap taiwan-made I had when I was a boy.

my firtst quality knife was a delica in 1998. my most recent buy is a Strider PT. you see it´s a slippery slope.
 
My Dad gave me a Buck Folding Hunter when I was 14 or so. Recently when I started getting back into knives the first was another Gerber Applegate full size my most recent buy was a Strider MTL, should be in the mail when I get home tomorrow :D
 
Dad gave me a Khyber (sp?) lock back knife back in 76-77. Still have it stored away...

misc. schrades, buck, etc...over the last few years...

First "moderately priced" knife I bought was a BM 941...

Last one I purchased (ordered) today is a Strider SnG

My God! It's an addiction!

The first one i can remeber buying was a folder with the black cat symbol on it. This was over 30 years ago, lol.
My most recent purchase was a Benchmade Stryker that i paid $89 for.
I also just ordered a Benchmade Juju that i am waiting on.
I like Benchmade and Cold Steel even though people put the knock on Cold Steel, i like them just fine.
 
First that I remember was a Timberline. Not sure what the name of the model is but it had a 3.5"(?) clip point combo edged blade. Last knife was a Benchmade 530. Looking at the Tarani Journeyman as something different for the next one.
 
The first knife I bought was a Buck 110 when I was around 14. The most recent purchase was an Mnandi w/Snakewood Inlays. ;)

I lied, I am getting a CRKT Ryan Model 7 black and a CRKT M16-13 aluminum handle off of eBay, and I am getting a Schrade 34OT stockman off of the boards (thanks Textoothpk).
 
First for me, with my own money, was an Uncle Henry lockback.

Most recent was a Spyderco Calypso Jr.
 
my first knife was a case barlow knife my dad gave me when i was 6 yrs old. first expensive knife was a gerber mark 11 ($57.50 in '71 dollars, lotsa $$ in the day), then in '79 got a gerber FS11 the top folder of the time though it was awfull heavy, my most recent acquisition was a spyderco titanium ATR plain edge i got last week from NGK, its about 100X better than that old barlow or the FS11.
