Well, my first knife was a SAK that I got off my friend in return for my watch. I really wanted that knife, because we did lots of fun kids stuff with it, like dissecting a frog. Ah, to be a little kid again. :\
Then when I was 16 I got a folder called a "panther" (off the same friend, xmas gift), black plastic handle, silver writing, lockback. The action is soooo loose an that thing now
My next knife after that was a really fat blade, and short (<2"), with a thumbstud. It came with a ruger firearm I think. Aluminum scales, it looked like.
And finally, my first real knife, which I recieved TODAY (oh joyjoyjoyjoyjoyjoyjoy!!) is the MT mini-SOCOM, black-Ti combo edge.
Did I mention that I'm ecstatic?
Damn I love this thing, and I suppose I love ADaM by extension for putting it in my hands
