Citizen BM6400 was neither fish nor fowl: either a diver watch without a timer bezel, or a field watch with 200M WR and brilliant lume. What were they thinking of? In the U.S.A. they were sold with a butt-ugly nylon strap. In Australia they were sold with a steel bracelet as Citizen BM6401-58E Promaster. I bought a Promaster second hand on eBay, which was cheaper than buying the bracelet from Citizen USA.
