What watch do you wear?

that will charge it up good.

what's really cool is the blueish tint to the screen.....
It's subtle isn't it!

I have a latest gen 38mm Bambino on the way that I am excited to try out.

I have Seiko 5 (early model) field watch that while I like, is a bit too small for my wrist. I was looking for an affordable classic style, and have had my eye on this popular watch.

The prices for Orient timepieces have been steadily climbing though.

I love these casino divers. I call them marlins. while not a true diver watch meeting iso standards, they are fine for swimming, and open water diving. they're around 50 bucks. I've seen them pretax for 49 bucks lately. hard to find an open water diver 200m wr with Japanese made quartz movement for this cheap with this kinda quality......

My wife got me this watch as an anniversary present in 2016. Picked it out herself and only knew that I liked the Citizen brand and titanium in general.

Totally nailed it - absolutely something I would have picked for myself.

I’ve worn it every day since. 🥰

Like mine, yours is a go anywhere/do anything (GADA) watch! I just had mine serviced to replace the roll pins (it doesn't take spring bars), gaskets, and crystal (it dropped from a highboy dresser face down on a tile floor and cracked). A pressure test and it's now good for another twenty-three years of action before visiting the shop. Fortunately I had its rechargeable battery replaced about ten years ago.

Love these things.

A despicable Chinese imitation Panerai Ref. 3646 Type E, except for the green dial. I used to be ashamed of knock-offs which in retrospect strikes me as stupid. I should have bought the military black dial, it's cool! And no one looking at me would think I'm wearing a $250,000 vintage watch.

This Panerai was a military diver watch from WW2 with case and dial by Rolex, selling war materials to the wrong side — but that was ok because it's unbranded. It has Rolex's patented (1941) "error-proof" "high-visibility" Art Deco dial. That dial used to bake my noodle until I understood its purpose was to make it unmistakable and highly visible that you were wearing a Rolex.

Time on this boring holiday for an edit. This is the original in question, probably refurbished post-war which would greatly reduce its market value:

My watch was made by San Martin Watches of Dongguan City, China. In April, San Martin announced they will no long make knock-offs but original designs only. So San Martin is now respectable but unfortunately more expensive. If you want one of their knock-offs, buy it now because they won't be making any more. Mine is a well-build watch.
