I had one of those with the Canadian maple leaf on the face. It’s an excellent watch. Don’t make the mistake of showing it to to your son if you have one. I did……..!
ya doing work on your watch bracelet? that what im lookin at? awesome.....
I agree. Its the perfect watch for me. I especially like the crown being at 4oclock. It is more comfortable.I really love this thing. It's attractive but not so expensive as to wear and beat on. Fits my lifestyle quite well...

now I'm no fan of invicta. most of their watches are butt ugly and gawdy........but I do like glycine which they own..and these diver pro series they make aren't bad at all.
grabbed this on Amazon prime day for 48 bucks. makes for a good beater and with a seiko movement in it..nothing to not really like here at this price point.....

yep. good watches even after invicta bought them....Of course Glycine has been around a lot longer than when Invicta bought them, and they were a fairly well respected brand, unlike Invicta the past few years. I haven't heard anything about how the company has been doing since then. I received a Drop + Glycine "Soda" Combat Diver ($400) in Nov 2019, which was about +8 or +9 sec/day fast, but got it regulated to be only +1 sec/day fast, and it was very consistent. I gave it to my son in law as a Christmas gift, and never got to wear it.

Invicta isn't so bad, but the big giant ones, well... I used to have a few normal divers (okay, several), but gave them away as gifts over the years because the lume wasn't veery good to see the time in the dark. I have that same complaint about my two remaining Hamiltons.yep. good watches even after invicta bought them....
i meant the glycine watches. were good, still good.Invicta isn't so bad, but the big giant ones, well... Sorry, I knew what you meant. I just wanted you to know I wasn't totally roasting Invicta as well.i meant the glycine watches. were good, still good.
agree. their dive watches aren't bad at all for the price points. those clunky cluttered junky trend type giant watches, I don't care for at all. I'm sure as a time keeper they work fine in that regard.
didn't take the invicta stuff that way from ya. nothing ya said wasn't true. you're good with me Doc...I respect your opinions..Sorry, I knew what you meant. I just wanted you to know I wasn't totally roasting Invicta as well.
