What watch do you wear?

Here is a new treasure with a watch that I've shown before:

Today I'm wearing this newly acquired Casio, It's not a G, though it resembles one a great deal, had a Wally World gift card that I needed to use and though it looked nice. I really dig Casio, and am hoping to get a Wave Ceptor of a sort eventually.

Just got this. Incredibly satisfying for the money.

Had lots of learning in the shoot. Watch photography is a specialized as, say, knife photography.

Coop

Got a few really interesting Russian watches a few years back. When they needed service, I discovered nobody would work on them.
I wonder if you will find the same thing with your new purchase....

It's an asian 6497 clone movement, so it should be compatible with the real deal. You never know though.

seamaster gmt i bought myself back in 2003 for a college graduation gift. i like it so much after i got my mba i considered buying another watch but couldn't justify it.

I got one of those (Casio Tough Solar) a few weeks ago as I needed something inexpensive that I could wear in the water with no worries. I've really grown to like it and since I travel across a time zone on a near weekly basis I get a kick out of the two button push that automatically moves the hands back and forth between the two times. I tried putting a NATO strap on it but it just looked odd so I went back to the resin band.

I had the same thing in mind when I purchased mine, something utilitarian, but with a bit of style to it. I never have owned a watch with world time either, so it was pretty interesting, also it's my first solar watch, and being curious about Eco-Drives, I figured it'd be a decent test. Though it isn't a G shock, it's plenty tough and 100 meters of water resistance is more than enough for me. I too would like to try a NATO on it, but the resin band is more than serviceable.

For the past ten years I have been wearing nothing but Suunto. Great quality.

Well I was wearing my Casio PAG-40 until the battery died this noon, so I switched to my old faithful Casio G7800b. I'm wearing the Citizen Eco Drive when I head out for work in about an hour though...

As do you, sir! Fun little watch, though I'm already putting some scuffs and other character on the black coat. Running a bar can be rough on watches.

Great dog too.... Looks a lot like my old lab. Even turning grey in the same spots

Turning grey, and going bald too. He'd still act like a puppy if his hips weren't getting bad. He and his mother got dumped at our local dog park a couple years ago. No one wants geriatric labs that come only as a pair, so they're having a golden retirement in our backyard. His mom is looking better now than when we took them in, amazingly.
