Well, on Christmas morning I will be using a Schrade LB7 "Uncle Henry" (Looks like a Buck 110) that is about 20 years old. It was given to me by my wife's grandmother when her husband died. My wife's grandmother died on December 10th and I can't think of a better knife to use. When I got it I oiled it, and polished the brass and wood on the knife and put a shaving sharp edge on it. It'll do perfectly tomorrow morning.
Safety scissors. Got a couple of 2 year old granddaughters that will probably be running around in the morning, openning everybodies presents for them.
