Sage I, maybe my no. 9 Opinel. Heading to my MILs after lunch. I'll take a 10' chef's and a paring knife. She uses a set of serrated knives that she got 15+ years ago. They work amazingly well for older serrated knives. I'll also grab my DMT Duofold just in case.
