I used my razor sharp gently stropped Fallkniven A1 to cut the turkey, the oohs and aahs were well worth it as I ceremonially unsheathed my field knife for the gathered throng.

I used my drop point Axis Stryker to trim the excess fat and skin from the turkey before putting it in the oven. Wife used a Wustof to carve it afterwards.

Nice! A good German Wustof really is the way to go. Long blade, flat grind. A couple of passes with a sharpening steel and your on your way.
