What would you change about the Sebenza 21?

I'd also make it like the Regular.
Maybe dual thumstuds as standard offering and a bit less belly. And perhaps some sort of lock stop.

- Sebenza 21 handle with scratchproof beadblasted finish
- Nyala's blade profile with swedge
- Double thumbstuds
- CPM S90V
- Micarta and CF optional inlays

....would be a terrific knife !

I have something else to add...

I would get rid of the little blue lanyard pin. It looks nice, but as some have experienced, the lanyard can rub against the tip of the knife when closed, and can damage the lanyard. Also, it rattles. It's a great concept, but I think you are better off passing the lanyard through the holes in the handles.

Removing the sharp edge that digs into my palm on my large classic would be nice.

Where is this edge? I've seen a few people mention it but I'm a Regular guy so maybe that's why I haven't noticed.

The somewhat sharp edge that I refered to earlier in this thread and what I believe Tomsch is also refering to is the point right above the rear standoff. I've noticed that sometimes when I'm doing a lot of cutting, especially when I'm whittling that little point can dig into my hand a little bit.

I got a old school P model recently though and found that the edge on it didn't bother me as much as my classic.

Granted, for me, this is a small gripe. The 21 feels great in my hand and its just about perfect for my edc uses but if I was to change one thing that would be it.

I'm new to the family so I haven't been able to pocket the 21 for even a week but the thumb stud is the only thing that makes this knife less enjoyable. I like the Zaan's thumb studs so something in between those designs would be good.

One of the reasons I chose the Micarta version is the silver hardware b/c I don't care for how the blue wears off.
