What would YOU do with $21,000,000 and the use of Central Park?

Well, if it was me, I wouldn't be worried with art, even though I love to draw, paint, just got into woodcarving and I'm reading up on knife making. I have an appreciation for most types of art, except the goofy stuff you see on the news. With all of the addicts, homeless people, murderers, rapists and other people using Central Park as their own personal trash can, I would pay for something like a concert, or a movie showing just to serve the art purpose, and use the money to help the addicts and homeless, to feed and clothe them, and help them get jobs and medication. For the murderers, rapists and other criminals, I would make a campaign to get them off the streets. With any money left over, I would put that towards a homeless shelter in the park, and donate some money to the local kids' hospitals.
