What would you guys do?

I don’t trust frame or liner locks no more. Gotta be a triad, axis or something similar. Try and defend yourself with a bag of cotton candy lol. Yeah ur pistol might jam for real
 
I finally got an email from the company. He is willing to take the knife back, no restocking fee. I really appreciate everyone's input on this matter. This was my first venture into Chinese knives & it didn't go well. It is to me, one of the most beautiful knives I've come across, but with the issues, it's gotta go. I'm sending it back this morning.
 
Glad you got a refund going.You shouldn't have to take a hit like that on a defective product no one should..
 
Glad it worked out. Like most folks, that lockup wasn't acceptable.
