As we all know, the trip to Ethan's is getting closer by the minute. Since a goodly number of people are going to be there this time, post up what you would like others to bring for you to check out. If they got it of course. If any of the rest of you are like me and live out in BFE, you don't have a lot of opportunities to check out cool gear and stuff first hand, and buying on the internet is your only real option.

That said, if anyone has any requests, make 'em here and hopefully someone that is coming can take care of it. Might want to chime in if you got what someone else is wanting to check out, either gear or knife-wise.

Great idea Derek. I'm in the same situation as you. Noone around here stocks much of anything, so I do all my buying online.
 
I would like to see any kind of unique carrying systems. (Sheaths/holsters). Either kydex or leather or combination there of. Since Murph is ridin with me, I'll be sure to remind him to bring the beconet. (And his manners) are we gonna do the trade blanket? And can that be explained a little more?
 
If I am not mistaken, ye olde tradeblanket is just basically a catchall term for people bringing stuff to trade. Knives and such.
 
So that's what "trade blanket" means. I had something entirely different in mind.

Trade, I expect you will be bringing your delightful homemade jerky, and that winning charm of yours. ;)

All the Beckers I dont own, 7, 15, 5, 1, 4, 17, 6, 12, and maybe some ''new'' stuff!?

5.11 Rush 12 and 24 pack

As many Customs as possible,. just because I like 'em LOL

I can bring plenty of my stuff. For display, for sale, for trade, all for play. As long as it doesn't offend the host. I
Don't want anyone to think I'm tryin to turn it into a "all about me" weekend!

I can't speak for anyone else, but I kinda doubt any of us will complain about there being ''too many knives'' there!

oh, I have two words for ya Todd... CLEA and VER!
 
I don't really have any unique toys...but I will bring the Aranyics, those are ''different'' for sure LOL

And I will have a Loaner custom-chopper to test out, I was asked to bring it to see what you guys think.
 
I will be bringing an assortment of my own blades, along with MoozezBladez as well.

Bottles, hats, knives and stuff will be for sale there, CC, checks and cash taken.

Most of my customs, my ZT's and many other blades.

I would enjoy seeing any of the out-of-production Beckers, and particularly any previous generations of machax... I wish I had some interesting stuff to bring but my stuff is all run-of-the-olean-mill....
 
I would like to see the tweeners of course, especially the 15. I would also like to see a maxpedition m4 waist pack, maybe even put it on and walk around with it a little while to see if it suits me, if anyones would let me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

ETA: I would probably even trade my thermite for an M4 if someone wants to get rid of theirs.

ETA2: I would also like to play with a wetterlings/husky carpenters axe.

I would like to see / handle the BK-1, 4, 5, 9, 12, 15, and 16. The only thing I really have to bring that isn't really common is my NMFBM and a Randall SF-16 if anyone wants to see those. I will also be bringing a 10/22. Tossing a BK-2 (the one from my post with the crazy handles) on the trade blanket with stock and crazy handles if anyone is looking for one. I can't wait. This sounds like it's going to be awesome.

I'll be bringing most of my personal sheaths for people to play with. I will also have a couple to put on the trade blanket or sell 'em. I like'em knives I don't have. :D
 
Im bringing Oregon's BK1 I would like to see a patrol Machete.
 
I would like to see a lot of full bottles show up, by Saturday night they'll be scarce.
 
I'd like to be able to bring back a couple mason jars back home with me ;)
