What would you like to see Buck produce?

Paper stone 500 series especially the 500 and 501. The 300 series with 5160 steel or at least the 301 anyway.

I think that knife was a special run for the year they moved. I think they had California on one blade and Idaho on the other. There might have been blade cutouts involved also, but not sure.

A 124 in 5160. Aluminum and maroon linen micarta grip. Antique ivory micarta would be nice too.

Love to see the 500 and 301 in the custom shop and some additional handle material choices for all the models added as well. Micarta would be awesome.

OK, i came up with another.

A 113 Ranger Skinner, but with a FFG or Saber ground blade, and micarta or textured G10 scales with brushed stainless bolsters.

That knife, in a TekLock compatible Kydex sheath would be incredible. It would make for a very handy EDC. Of course variations in 5160 and S30V with titanium bolsters would be pretty sweet too.

I would like to see Buck bring back the original two piece handle Bucklite. I would also like to see the Scout, i think it was a 107, come back.

The Vantage with more handle material options, or at least more wood handled versions. Seems to be a good seller to the broad public. I have many of them but prefer the charcoal dymondwood which I think is discontinued now.

more knives with the sls. I'd like to see a 4" clip point with that and a more traditional aesthetic. Honestly, i'd like to see their modern line more heavily influenced by their traditional aesthetics in general. Their lockback models, not just the 110 but nearly all of them, are distinctive enough that i can diagnose them as a buck (or clone) from 50 yards. It would be very cool to see that design language echoed with an eye towards modern convenience.

amen!

Where to start??? How about a 500 and 501 with stainless steel frame and 5160 blades. The Caper 116 and the Akonua, both with different steels.

A 112 with NS bolsters, Desert Ironwood scales, and a drop point blade in D2, S30V or 154CM. Almost forgot, gotta have a distressed leather sheath too :D

I would be interested in this too. I have only one 112, the paperstone model.

I like Desert Ironwood. I also like Hawaiian Koa wood, which unfortunately is no longer an option in the Custom Shop.

A set, 301 and 309 (suit knife) in medium light brown random jigged bone. Both with nice pocket sheaths. But, here's the really special bit, both the sheaths would have nice small link nickle chain WITH a flat belt spring clip with the knife, bolt and hammer stamp or laser etch showing when on your belt. So they hang in the side of your pocket. 300

OK, could use laser, spring clip round point. To save cost sheath could attach to chain with a nice small thumbnail carabiner like clip. You would get just one chain/clip but could use it on both sheaths. Good nickel plating. Both sheaths with hollow rivet in corner. Extra clips would be stocked in store. I would rather have one for each sheath and not have to change. Split ring could be used at top so you could customize length. Someone is going to point out I have grommet on wrong side of sheath opening and I agree.

I like this!

It would be a nice return to a classic knife application, a pleasant departure from the 21st Century "tacticool" fad.

I would like to see:
1] a clip point two blade Barlow in S35VN or CTS-XHP.
2] a 110 with much thinner and lighter (4 oz or less), linerless G10 scales, a beefed up and reinforced pivot, and S30V blade.
3] as above but with new colors of paperstone (remember, thin is in).

I would like to see a Muskrat made on the 303 pattern with Bone or Stag handles with California clip blades.

I too like this suggestion and I love brown jigged bone Bucks though these might be a bit darker than what you have in mind.
