What would you like to see EKI in 2015?

How about different size stop pins with the knives, so as you can a just the lockup. The standerd pin is .185 dia maybe send a .195 and a . 200 dia pins with the knives. You can have more or less lockup, your choice.

Sounds great but it wouldn't work.

Well as a matter of fact it does work I do it to all most all of my emerson knives. It requires a little bit of fitting and it works very good . I'll post pics of one of the pins soon.

1419322021138.jpg still have to cut off the one end. The reset ends are .185 x the thickness of the liners the middle area is .200 x .185 the gap from liner to liner inside dimension.

That's a lot of work. I just peen the liner near the lock face to restore early lockup.

The stop pin on Emersons can also reposition the blade when it's closed, so you sometimes have to tweak the detent and stop pin choil. I've had to do this on a couple of older 7s after replacing the stop pin with a larger one, because the tip of the blade ends up sitting higher in the closed position.

I cast a vote for the M-wave to come back... Search your heart... you know you want it, too...

How about upgrade to CPM154?

+1
Because, why not!? Ernie is still being loyal to Crucible, but he's updating materials to a more modern version of his go-to steel. HT would probably be no problem for him to adapt to the new steel... and bam.
Cough...m-wave...cough...

Combat Systems Fighter in production or signature run. Love the Roadhouse handle and would like to see it with an 8 like blade.

Somebody mentioned a Super 10. That would be awesome! And I'd be in for a sub Commander as well.

So, I just got my Bulldog in, and I like it.

However, I think there should be a larger version, akin to the Big Bulldog, but with the V-Grind.

Now that I've seen how well the Super Roadhouse fits my grip, I would like to see a Super Combat Systems Fighter. I'd even be willing to sacrifice some of my time to put the first one to the test for Mr. E, purely for the betterment of the Emerson community - a duty I willingly am prepared to serve.
