Just wanted to share in my loss. Have been looking at Dr.'s patterns for a while and was waiting to bid on an auction site find while at work. Got distracted for 2 seconds and missed the final click. Was outbid by $1.00 on a Case single blade Dr. in yellow and CV. Not that they are super rare but this was a killer deal. Oh well, any of you guys just score a yellow cv dr.'s knife for around $33?

I've got a 3 5/8" Zulu Spear with fluted bolsters, federal shield, and amber jigged bone on order from Dr T Knives.

Dr. Taber sent me a photo last night. Turned out even better than I expected and I had very high expectations going in. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Waited until last minute to place bid and it didn't go through. Sold for a hundred less than my bid. Bummer, guess its my unicorn now.

Got a 3 1/8" Robeson whittler on order. I had a great Pocket-Eze whittler that I sold to Duncan a while back, but this one is smaller and has a manicure blade (!) which I find pretty cool.

This was my grail knife as well and i searched everyday for one. I finally found it right here on the exchange in this forum. Just watch the exchange and check it religiously and you will find one eventually and probably for a lot less than that one went for on the bay. I was watching that very one your talking about and I have seen them sell here for less than half what that one went for. You will find it but it could take a while. I was so excited when I finally found mine and almost was in disbelief. Here is a picture or 2 to tied you over.
