I really like the 57 pattern as it was my first GEC knife in the "Wrangler" version. I have all of the 57 Clip Gepettos from 2012, so I've decided to keep the set going with all the 2026 versions. The Richlite was the first to arrive and I really like that handle material...mush more than I expected. It's really light compared to the bone versions. The Richlite had poor action when it arrived, but after a thorough flushing, it's now perfect. I think you'll like it! As a side note, I've made the decision to switch to UPS for all my shipping. The USPS is just a mess these days, in my opinion. How do you like it, Bryon? I’m eagerly awaiting my jigged bone. It to is doing the tour of the USA and I believe it’s in Jacksonville now. Unfortunately I live in Wisconsin

Happy to say that the knife arrived. What an incredible knife from GEC. I was worried about lazy action but it’s perfect in my opinion. Took awhile to flush it out but dang she good. Real good. The springs are so good that it’s hard to see that middle wedge. The main blade settles in perfectly. It’s gonna be hard for GEC to beat this one this year.I really like the 57 pattern as it was my first GEC knife in the "Wrangler" version.
