So, I went bit nuts on an early morning on-line shopping spree, but it's just not everyday that I can find this stuff locally, in good nick and at a fair price.

Bull Dog trapper. Apparently made with blades they had left over from barlows (hence the unorthodox spey/pen combination)

A French Durol knife, I've never seen one in person but it looks neat.

And a Craftsman knife which I think was made by Schrade. I was educated on these by you lads in another post. So thanks!

The Bulldog should be here on Friday, the other two will probably take a week or so.

How do you like it, Bryon? I’m eagerly awaiting my jigged bone. It to is doing the tour of the USA and I believe it’s in Jacksonville now. Unfortunately I live in Wisconsin

I really like the 57 pattern as it was my first GEC knife in the "Wrangler" version. I have all of the 57 Clip Gepettos from 2012, so I've decided to keep the set going with all the 2026 versions. The Richlite was the first to arrive and I really like that handle material...mush more than I expected. It's really light compared to the bone versions. The Richlite had poor action when it arrived, but after a thorough flushing, it's now perfect. I think you'll like it! As a side note, I've made the decision to switch to UPS for all my shipping. The USPS is just a mess these days, in my opinion.

I decided to grab one of these eco lambs foot knives. Heading over here from the UK! This will be the first time I've ordered anything from overseas since all this tariff stuff. I hope I do not get burned somehow.

Happy to say that the knife arrived. What an incredible knife from GEC. I was worried about lazy action but it’s perfect in my opinion. Took awhile to flush it out but dang she good. Real good. The springs are so good that it’s hard to see that middle wedge. The main blade settles in perfectly. It’s gonna be hard for GEC to beat this one this year.
