I believe that this is the greatest live solo vocal performance I ever heard - at least by a male vocalist. Song begins at 1:35.

What must it be like to know you can open your mouth and make that come out!

In my humble opinion, this is one of the most beautiful pieces of Americana you can find.

That man's voice is like silk.

I'm listening to total chaos

The Band Total Chaos ? I had the privilege of seeing their singer get beat up once, opening act for GBH - it was a magical evening, pretty sure it was fun, I think .. 20 + years ago at least.

They were a great local band though - played often. Crazy shows

Their “unnamed” bassist on that album had a taste for knives, and fire. That was an incredible record.

This is put out by the "O'Keefe Music Foundation", and probably one of my FAVORITE music vids.


I have no doubt that each and every one of these kids will be involved in "music", in some way, for the rest of their lives. However, for my money, the Bassist and Drummer are already f*<kin' ROCK STARS...

Awesome! Thanks for sharing that! Never heard of the organization before but they're doing awesome things, and they're currently fundraising on Youtube. I gave 'em a few bucks; how could I not support this?
