whatcha packing today

Today was the XD 40, the Ultratech, and my PD30.

Just an FYI, my strobe on the PD30 allowed me to signal a friend across a canyon to give them my location in broad day light last week...and they say flashlights are for the dark. I also now take a mini kite with me on my hikes so my mountain miking buddy can find me easier...if it is windy I fly it on 8 lb test at about 5 hundred feet and just tie an orange 18" ribbon about every 50' so he can see my location.

I thought I was 'the man' for packing $4.50 in pocket change this morning!

I have gotten into the habit of packing my flint and steel kit with me. Really its only so I can impress the chicks on a spur of the moment thing.

I also have my primitive arrowhead which throws sparks nicely in and of itself.

cool thread, since i was riding the bike today i was carrying very little.

wallet, phone, benchmade knife, keys with mini led light and my sunglasses.
with the stowa dive watch which i always wear.
