Great work!!!! This steel is, at least, as tough as S7! Well done!!!!!!

Guys , is it good or bad if blade after tempering still scratch glass ? I have no Hrc tester ...........

It is a very good starting point.
It does mean you have reached full hardness.
The unknown it's still the carbide and grain structures and if the high working hardness gets enough thoughness to sustain its intended use.
You should sharpen the edge and see if it cuts well without microchipping. Do it before installing the handle, so you can walk in through tempering temperatures until you will be happy with edge retention.
The brass rod test will tell you nothing you don't already know.

Thanks S stezann , you save my live twice :) About grain , I don t cut upper part of tang when I quench blade . I think that help against wrapping when quench ..... I cut that part after HT and before tempering , then break that piece to see inside . And I like what I see in this blade , but I can not picture it properly

I ran a pair of fillet knives through heat treat today, and spent most of my afternoon at the buffer working on a couple chefs knives. Few others as well. Trying to make up for a missed month due to a lung infection, been incredibly busy.

Sure is a dandy all right. I've got one Not quite as fancy I've been using for the last 20 years. I'm suggesting you may find opening the "mouth"more will make it more usable.
