Out of 91 blades heat treated by Peters, only two had a slight warp. One chef and one filet. It took me less than three minutes to peen them straight.



And I couldn’t resist whipping a little something up right away from this batch.



Working on sheaths now for a few of last weeks blades to go out tomorrow.

Retired the old work board. It was ready to split in a couple places. The new one is plywood.

There’s the cardboard off cut that I ended up using as my “Tanto of Opprtunity” and therefore also “Flip Point” template.

Just testing my new work surface’s photogeny. Oh my carta! Such a simple and classic look that I have not done that much of lately. Geezer asked for a knife dog and bone.
