The way he tweaks the ramp and lock is hard to beat. It closes naturally even left handed.

It looks good. I was tempted a number of times, but I can't really afford/justify one until I get caught up on everything, including the MagnaCut run. Actually, I can't remember the last time I bought a folding knife, aside from a Buck Toothpick for twenty bucks (and my selling off the S35VN Resilience to buy a couple 8Cr lightweights). I mentioned my Military 2 temptation in passing to Gooeytek over text one day, and that's when he told me I could have his used Millie. I still felt the need to send him something for it though.

I'd still call and ask. worst they'll say is nope.
sometimes they have that written but cover warranty anyway for second owners. can't speak for Canadian laws, as I never looked them up, but many states here make the manufacturer have the warranty terms cover the product, not just the first owner.

Note that this Empire Outfitter exclusive model called the Insomniac shares very similar ergonomics and function with the Prevail. It is a little more tactical though.

he does need that. I put in a request to buy clip and screws for a military with spyderco, but sure David wouldn't mind if ya sent them earlier to him.....couldn't hurt to have in case spyderco acts weird on it....doubt they would but worlds gotten weird lately.....
