These are gonna be a lot of work. That’s only 36 grit and only main bevel, haven’t even touched the flats yet or started the swedges.

Not much, creosotes up the chimney if you can't keep the temperature up...

If it's seasoned I just let it set next to the stove for a while, if it's not waterlogged/unseasoned I toss it in if necessary, just takes a little while to really get going

Spyderco? What's the pic of the hole pattern? I have a few extra clips, and many models share the same clip. I don't have the exact model, but might have the same clip.
