I don't know because I have never seen a large chopper in LC200n, and even if there were such a beast, I couldn't afford it.

I will add a nuance to my comment: When I say it does everything Infi does, I mean it provides the same benefits on a knife. If you want a hammer, then infi is better. LC200N provides toughness, with a better property balance for a knife, but infi provides better absolute toughness.

Isn't this true of 14c28n compared with AEB-L?

14C28N has higher corrosion resistance, higher wear resistance, and lower toughness, just like LC200N compared with Infi.
