What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

Thank you so much for the generous compliment. I shaped the handles on the grinder using 36 grit ceramic, then 150 grit flexible AO belts. Then used a 150 grit dremel sanding drum to round the butts and make the grind lines on the tang and spin parallel to the blade. Then hand wet sanded the whole handle with 220 grit ceramic. Once finished, I'll give them a coat mineral oil or butcher's block conditioner.

Happy Easter! It is THE MOST IMPORTANT hostorical event to celebrate.

I see what you did there. As a Catholic I do believe in the transformation of the bread host into the body, blood, and divinity of Jesus Christ in Catholic mass. I just question if there is a valid mass left on earth in our age. Or if what history gives as "the Catholic faith" is the whole story, and how much an effect revisionism may have had, etc.

Reminds me of a Smachet with blue handles. It seems like every time I stop in around here the blades keep getting longer and bigger. o_O I like them though, 👍
Hmm! Is a Kukri next on the list of big blades? Oh! nice work on your blades. 👍
