What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

The ones off the mat still need handle sanding but everything has geometry and sharpened edge.



Moon Skitter has been requested to have my freehand checker pattern. Visual effect is nicer after the handle gets a soap and water wash followed by oil rub. After that the grooves and surface no longer contrast like this.

You are in for a treat! It's a fantastic little blade and the serrated top edge gives it extra utility! It is definitely one of my favorite pick ups of 2025!

PeaceInOurTime inspired the SharkBite.

This new one is slightly different in profile but the same in overall philosophy.

I tried to duplicate my handle texture but as I do it all freehand, this one ended up with slightly wider spacing between the grooves.

I hope you still like it.
