What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

Welcome to David Mary Custom, where I’m so hilarious I don’t even have to be trying to make a joke for you to laugh.

Just noticed the first two teeth from the heel are damaged!

Literally under a minute later:

My serrations are so easy to maintain. Anyone who can follow instructions could repair and resharpen my serrations with a dremel. Easiest of peasies.

I’ve been making knives over ten years if you include buying pakimascus blanks to put handles on well before I was making real knives for a living. In all that time I never made one of these, until now, despite constantly getting annoyed.

One more step I forgot to mention yesterday was that I still needed to pointify the serrations. That’s done, and then the 120 grit finishes were brought up to coarse, then medium scotchbrite, got the blades taped for molding and boltaron cut for sheaths.

There may be a secret side project in there as well. And if there is, it’s already claimed. But I can make more like it.
