thought these were supposed to actual backyard pics like what you can walk to thats within sight of your house

They are and were.

The Canyon pictures were my backyard before I moved to Colorado.

The bonus of living in a National Park bro.

What's in my backyard? Well, once every two weeks, a bunch of illegal aliens my landlord hires to cut the grass. :D

B-Tuner, in that one picture, is that like a smoking pit with the remains of victims in it or what? Hahahah! :D

That looks like the Subway in Zion NP (I've been to the park a few times, but not in the Subway yet). Is that correct?

Awwwwwwww Greeeeeen! Awesome, thanks!
I forgot there were colors other than "snow" white.
Its going to be a looong winter here up northeast, keep the green pictures coming!
:)

Nice pics. I can't quite rival that, but my yard does back up on woods, and I do see deer a couple of times a week!

I am so jealous of you guys. It makes me sick to look at those pics. I could just go to the nearest Park and snap some photos. That wouldn't even hold weight against any of the pics in the previous posts. All I have in the parks is pine trees of the pine barrens of NJ. Ugly ones at that. Yeah we have cranberry bogs but it looks like a small pond. Until they start to harvest the cranberrys.

My backyard? It's the Mojave desert; 100 miles of scrub, sand, and mountains in every direction. The things we do for love eh? The only benefit I can see to being out here is I have the best friction fire materials. :p

Hey man...my pics are of the foothills in the mojave! Can't you tell by the cactus and smell of LA coming over the mountains.:p

WVHills, that looks pretty familiar. I don't know where you are around Huntington, but that looks just like some of the trails at Ritter Park.

Thanks for posting. Beautiful scenery. I'm glad that I will be back in Huntington before Christmas.

I can't swing a cat in my backyard, I can't show pics as there is no room for the camera !!!

I think WV Hills lives in Wayyyyne Co. I live in Cabell near the Lincoln, Putnam, Cabell line:thumbup:

Hollowdweller, its nice to know that there are some fellow West Virginians on here, even if I am in Texas for a while.

Boy if this is your back yard, you'all need to rake the leaves and kill that darn snake--the kids might be around.

OK, here's my real backyard.

This was taken in May of last year when we moved into the house.

This was taken late October this year just before the rut kicked in.

I can swing a cat but he'll have to bounce off three fences and the back of the house to complete a full circuit. More than made up for by the surrounding environs as is the case with you I would assume.

Yes it's true I live " Out Wayne " to be specific I live in Lavalette, its only 10 minutes outside of Huntington though. Not sure but I think I may have gotten into some sort trouble had I been chopping anything in Ritter Park with a FBM lol.
