What's in your small fifth pocket?

I know there are numerous 'what's in your pocket/show us your EDC' type threads, but I'm curious only about the content(s) of the little pocket at the right hip of most denim jeans. Perhaps this is more suitable for G & G, but what do you guys keep in there?

As for myself, its usually a boker wharcom or a HAK straight.

I carry a pocket watch in my watch pocket, a Hamilton manual wind that my mother gave me for my birthday about 35 years ago. Don't care for wrist watches unless I am wearing a tool belt.

Sometimes a Zippo(it fits perfectly), otherwise some spare batteries.But never any knives in there.
Edit:I also like to carry a bit of spare change in there.

I usually carry a case mini blackhorn or a byrd starling in that pocket, along with a few quarters.

Its summer here now, haven't worn jeans in a while.
